Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in consulting or health and life sciences.
- Experience in clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proactive and creative, able to solve difficult challenges with structure.
Responsibilities
- Design future-state operating models, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Assess organizational capabilities and identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
