Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking an Operating Model Consultant to help health and life sciences clients transform how their organizations operate. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to design operating models, governance, and capabilities, delivering practical roadmaps and targeted improvements.

We look for candidates with 2+ years in consulting or related health & life sciences roles, strong analytics, and experience guiding stakeholder discussions from frontline teams to executives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
• Supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive with a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.

Responsibilities

• Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
