Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
• Experience supporting clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and capable of solving difficult challenges with creativity and structure.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
