Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Health Law Associate in New York City with M&A experience to support our transactions team. The role emphasizes healthcare joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service on complex deals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of health care M&A experience, strong academics, and excellent written and verbal communication. JD or LLM is required, and bar admission in MA, NY, or DC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic M&A experience in healthcare.
• Strong academics and critical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with federal/state health care regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Conduct and report on due diligence.
• Manage the deal process and communicate with clients and counsel.
• Lead smaller transactions and aspects of larger deals.
• Direct and manage deal team members and specialists.
