Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Los Angeles seeks a mid-level Health Law Associate to support complex health care transactions, regulatory counseling, and contracting matters for clients across the health care industry.

The successful candidate will have JD or LLM, admission in CA (or DC/NY acceptable) and at least three years of health care law experience, with strong drafting, due diligence, and client service skills.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in DC, New York, or California.
• At least three years of health care law experience.
• Experience with transactional matters, due diligence, and document review.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage workstreams and balance deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support health care M&A transactions, including due diligence and regulatory review.
• Assist with PBM, managed care, pharmacy, providers, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and revise transaction documents and regulatory analyses.
• Coordinate and manage process-driven workstreams.
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on transactional and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with cross-office and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the growth of the Health Law practice through high-quality client service.
