Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Health Law Associate with M&A experience to join the transactions team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joint ventures, acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers within the health care industry.

The role requires 3+ years of M&A experience in health care, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to regulatory standards. JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school is expected.
