Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level Health Law Associate to join our Washington, DC practice. The role involves supporting complex health care transactions, regulatory counseling, and contracting for a diverse client base in the health care industry.

The successful candidate will have a JD or LLM, admission or eligibility in DC/NY/CA, and at least three years of health care law experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in DC, New York, or California.
• At least three years of health care law experience.
• Experience in health care M&A, regulatory counseling, or contracting.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support health care M&A transactions, including execution, due diligence, and regulatory review.
• Assist with PBM, managed care, pharmacy, provider, and health care services matters.
• Draft, review, and revise transaction documents, agreements, and regulatory analyses.
• Coordinate and manage process-driven workstreams for senior attorneys.
• Work directly with senior attorneys and clients on transactional and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with cross-office and multidisciplinary teams to support objectives.
• Develop institutional knowledge to provide stable mid-level support.
• Contribute to the growth of the Health Law practice through efficient client service.
