Job summary

Ventures Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Interoperability Specialist to support requirements gathering, design, scoping, and feasibility assessments for new healthcare data exchange requests. You will provide clinical SME guidance and promote best practices in standardization.

You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with implementation requirements across HIE projects, collaborating with technical and clinical teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with HL7, FHIR, and health information exchange standards.
• Minimum 3 years analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting clinical data.
• Minimum 2 years experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, and RxNorm.
• Minimum 2 years supporting HIE platforms, clinical data exchange, or integration projects.
• Minimum 2 years working with stakeholders to resolve issues, test solutions, and implement functionality.

• Health Information Exchange (HIE): Minimum 2 years supporting HIE platforms, clinical data exchange, or integration projects.
• Technical Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Minimum 2 years working with stakeholders to resolve issues, test solutions, and implement functionality.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to clinical data accuracy and standardization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and healthcare teams.
