Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks a Project Manager, Informatics to support the VA VHA OCI on the OIP contract. You will manage informatics projects from planning through delivery, tracking cost, schedule, and performance and keeping risks visible for timely OCI decisions.

You will work with SAFe Agile Release Trains and collaborate with OCI Product Management, VA Business Owners, and other contractor teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of IT project management, with SAFe Lean-Agile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years IT project management experience.
Experience with SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices.
Ability to obtain VA background investigation; US residency and work authorization required.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage informatics projects across full life cycle (scope, schedule, resources, deliverables).
Track cost, schedule, and performance; report variances and call order status.
Manage call order deliverables, due dates, reviews, and VA submissions.
Identify, document, and mitigate risks and issues; maintain ROAM risk registers.
