Job Description

This role involves interacting with staff and clients, managing multiple projects, and adapting to various communication styles. Training and support are provided. Minimal travel is expected. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing client deliverables such as reports, letters, and presentations using MS Excel and Word.
• Responding to client requests via phone and email.
• Collaborating with insurance carriers like Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna for data collection and reporting.
• Demonstrating strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Working independently within a team environment.
• Maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
• Having 2-5 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rating and plan design quotes within Milliman’s underwriting models.
• Ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of proposals.
• Collaborating with clients for underwriting decisions and explanations.
• Coordinating with leadership and account management for complex issues.
• Providing feedback for process and model improvements.
