Insurance Underwriter - Specialty Program (Excess & Surplus Commercial Lines)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter with over 5 years of hospitality and amusement underwriting experience, knowledgeable in handling unique special risks for small to medium enterprises within the E&S Casualty market. This role offers remote work from home options.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with agents and brokers.
2. Attract and retain profitable business.
3. Market products and services.
4. Analyze coverage requests and determine appropriate terms.
5. Price business, assess risk quality and compliance, and implement loss prevention strategies.
6. Administer rating and underwriting processes, including loss history reports, credit checks, outside inspections, and loss control.
