CVS Health is seeking a detail‑oriented Implementation Coordinator to join our plan sponsor team in the United States. You will collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements, develop plans, and guide projects through successful onboarding of plan sponsors.

The role requires 1–3 years in health insurance implementation and project coordination, with strong Excel/OneNote/Salesforce skills. Full‑time on‑site work in Charleston, WV, with comprehensive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation.
• 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote, as well as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans, alongside the plan sponsor implementation team.
• Works with appropriate internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects.
• Addresses inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team, providing guidance during the implementation process, as well as contributing to the overall success of plan sponsor onboarding.
• Facilitates mutually beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
