Variety Care Inc. is seeking a Certified Application Counselor (CAC) to assist clients with online enrollment for SoonerCare, Soon To Be Sooners, and ACA Marketplace options.

You will educate clients on health insurance terminology, subsidies, and responsibilities, and help navigate marketplace accounts. This role involves outreach at Variety Care sites and WIC classes, collaborating with the Billing Department, and ensuring enrollment is accurate and timely while following OHCA rules.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CAC training and certification completed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with online enrollment for SoonerCare, Soon To Be Sooners, and ACA Marketplace options.
• Educate clients about health insurance terminology, subsidies, and tax credits.
• Provide outreach and in-reach education to communities and WIC classes.
• Enroll eligible clients in SoonerCare or other Medicaid programs per OHCA rules.
• Follow up with clients to complete enrollment and assist with exemptions/appeals.
• Document and report enrollment activities; collaborate with Variety Care staff to remove barriers.
