Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to commute to Talladega, AL as needed.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and HIPAA compliance.
• Strong data-entry skills and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information per policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect privileged information.
• Process requests from internal and external sources and transmit records securely.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and assist with walk-ins where needed.
• Assist with administrative duties such as handling faxes, mail, and data entry.
• Meet productivity expectations as per site guidelines.
• Coordinate with teams for accurate record retrievals and submissions.
