Position Highlights

• Full-time, Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM CST
• Location: Decatur, IL

You will:

• Process requests for patient health information following policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Utilize Company and facility software effectively.
• Adhere to the Company's and Facility's Code of Conduct and policies.
• Report work, site difficulties, and volume fluctuations to your manager.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
• Apply medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
• Manage and safeguard patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Prepare and organize patient charts and digital images of paperwork.
• Respond to and transmit requests for patient records.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins.
• Perform administrative tasks such as handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry.
• Meet productivity expectations and schedule pickups as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to commute between locations

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English
