This role is responsible for processing all releases of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, ensuring timely, accurate delivery, and maintaining the highest quality of customer service. The associate must safeguard patient privacy, ensuring only authorized access, and compliance with all relevant policies, including HIPAA. This position involves travel of 75% or more and requires at least 1 year of related HIM experience. The HIS II role includes training HIS I staff and reporting to management.
