Datavant is seeking an entry-level Release of Information (ROI) Processor in Raleigh, NC. You will handle medical records requests, maintain patient privacy, and use facility software to process information accurately and efficiently.

The role emphasizes service quality, data entry, and compliant handling of confidential records. Join a collaborative team committed to safeguarding patient information and delivering high-quality customer service.

Competenze

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.

Mansioni

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Adhere to privacy regulations including HIPAA standards.
• Respond to patient records requests and transmit them securely.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and mail handling.
• Ensure records are complete and properly organized.
• Meet productivity expectations and report site difficulties.
• Schedule pick-ups when needed.
