Responsibilities include processing records, quality checks, and releasing information requests while maintaining confidentiality. Strong English skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail; Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general office equipment

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, scan, perform quality control checks of records then validate
• Receive and complete release of information requests for further care
• Maintaining confidentiality, facilitate release of protected health information, including request transmissions incoming and outgoing via the fax server
• All other assigned duties related to Birth Information Records
