The Health Information Operations Supervisor is responsible for client/customer service and serves as a knowledge expert for the HIS staff. The role involves front-line people management, training, ensuring process compliance, and supporting leadership in planning and implementing departmental or regional projects. The supervisor maintains workflow and productivity, handles escalated situations, and fosters a positive work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the hiring process, engaging with clients, and staff development across multiple sites.
This is a hybrid position requiring weekly onsite work in Fairfax, VA or Falls Church, VA.
Many clients require health screenings and vaccinations, with exemptions reviewed case-by-case. This role does not support employment sponsorship.
