Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of health information experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Read, write, and speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Demonstrates kindness, resiliency and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the health information department ensuring records are accurate and compliant, and responsiveness to patient requests.
• Supervise and develop the health information staff.
• Implement best practices in documentation, workflows and data integrity.
