• Experience in release of information practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes assembled medical records for chart completion deficiencies per regulatory requirements.
• Assigns deficiencies to the appropriate medical staff and logs data for tracking.
• Retrieves, logs, and prints medical records for physician offices, patients, other hospitals and entities.
• Performs data entry for stillbirth records.
