Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry experience and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of HIS and Epic EHR is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate workflows in a health-system setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the functional unit managed.
• Supervise and train staff engaged in HIM functions and policy development.
• Collaborate with hospital/clinic personnel to ensure EHR integrity and smooth revenue cycle operations.
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics and ensure timely completion of tasks.
