Job summary

Manhattan Surgical Hospital in Manhattan, KS, is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle & Health Information Management to lead key operational areas that affect patient care and financial performance. You will oversee HIM, revenue cycle, patient access, privacy, and compliance, working with hospital leadership to drive process improvements, regulatory adherence, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Master, Bachelor, or associate degree in health information management or related field.
RHIA or RHIT credential required.
Minimum five years of healthcare management and supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of health information management, revenue cycle, and privacy regulations.
Experience with process improvement and team development.
Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead HIM and Revenue Cycle/Business Office teams.
Oversee health information management, patient access, billing, collections, reimbursement, and compliance.
Ensure HIPAA and CMS regulatory compliance.
Identify workflow improvements to boost efficiency and financial performance.
Partner with clinical and executive leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Drive data-driven performance monitoring and accountability.
