Harlan County Health System in Alma, Nebraska, is hiring a Health Information Management (HIM) Clerk to join the team. The role focuses on scanning and indexing patient records, processing incoming files, and routing information to the correct departments.

Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to handle confidential information with professionalism. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and starting pay between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour,

NOW HIRING: HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM) CLERK

Harlan County Health System is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Health Information Management team in Alma, Nebraska.

The HIM Clerk helps maintain accurate, complete, and secure patient records by scanning and indexing documents, processing incoming records, and routing information to the appropriate departments. Additional responsibilities include assisting with record completion, processing authorized medical record requests, and protecting patient confidentiality.

• Full Time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Starting pay: $19.00-$21.00per hour, depending on experience
