Datavant is seeking an entry-level specialist to process Release of Information (ROI) requests onsite in St. Joseph, MO. You will ensure HIPAA compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of medical records while handling high-volume ROI tasks and supporting patient walk-ins.

You will work in a collaborative environment with training provided and access to company equipment. The role emphasizes confidentiality, data entry, and adherence to policy across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology.
• Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems.
• Experience working with subpoenas.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Keep knowledge of facility software and processes up to date.
• Respond to requests from internal and external sources in a timely manner.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
