Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Health Information Assistant (HIA) for Part-time evening shifts (20–30 hours/week) in Minnesota. The HIA will support medical records integrity, accessibility, and nursing station administration under the Health Information Manager.
Responsibilities include admissions coordination, chart organization, physician order tracking, routine lab scheduling, and documentation for referrals and transfers. Equal opportunity employer.

Under the direction of the Health Information Manager, the Health Information Assistant (HIA) is responsible for monitoring and completing medical records for every resident in a way that maintains the integrity of the health information system and ensures their accuracy, organization and accessibility. The HIA also performs nursing station administrative functions that improve the delivery of care to residents.
