Job Summary
Ensures accurate and timely submission of birth, loss, and stillbirth certificates to the State of Michigan, maintaining vital records integrity. Acts as the main contact for patients and families, guiding them through birth certificate and Parentage processes. Collects and compiles information from various sources for entry into the Vital Events Registration Application (VERA). Builds relationships with county and state offices, staying updated on system changes. Submits data regularly and provides management with statistical reports.

Work Schedule
40 hours/week, Monday-Sunday, 8-hour shifts, availability from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Hybrid work mode with onsite and remote options, subject to review.
