The Student Health Insurance Administrator is responsible forcoordinating the administration, compliance, enrollment, reporting,and communication functions of the University of Idaho StudentHealth Insurance Program (SHIP) and health insurance requirementprocesses. This position serves as the primary resource forstudents, parents, university departments, insurance vendors, andthird-party administrators regarding health insurance requirements,enrollment procedures, benefit information, and complianceactivities. The Administrator independently manages complex administrativeprocesses related to student health insurance enrollment, auditing,reporting, and records management while supporting programevaluation, financial reconciliation, policy development, andstudent outreach initiatives.
