Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract. You will evaluate AI-generated healthcare data outputs, annotate datasets, and provide expert feedback on data quality and clinical logic.

The role requires hands-on experience with healthcare data or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), strong analytical skills, and clear written communication. You’ll work independently on a flexible schedule and contribute to high-impact AI projects.

Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses and outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical informatics
• Identify errors, inaccuracies, or gaps in AI reasoning around clinical and operational health information
• Analyze and annotate healthcare datasets to improve AI accuracy and reliability
• Provide structured, expert feedback on data quality, clinical logic, and workflow relevance
• Review AI outputs for alignment with real-world health informatics standards and best practices
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills across data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Ability to assess clinical and operational data for accuracy and relevance
• Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and administrative domains
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluation
• Clear and concise written communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in clinical decision support or health information management
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other health data standards
