What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health data, and medical decision-making for accuracy and quality
• Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards
• Prepare structured feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that improve AI performance in healthcare contexts
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical and clinical teams to drive data-driven improvements

Who You Are

• Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Able to think critically about clinical workflows and operational data
• Comfortable collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholdersDetail-oriented and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
