Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to analyze healthcare data and assess AI outputs within clinical workflows.

This remote hourly contract role focuses on applying EHR and health data expertise to improve AI reasoning in healthcare contexts. The candidate will collaborate with clinical and technical teams, deliver feedback and dashboards, and support ongoing AI training efforts on a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to think critically about clinical workflows and operational data.
• Comfortable collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health data, and medical decision-making for accuracy and quality
• Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure they meet clinical and operational standards
• Prepare structured feedback, dashboards, and recommendations that improve AI performance in healthcare contexts
• Collaborate asynchronously with technical and clinical teams to drive data-driven improvements

What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
