Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training) to analyze healthcare data and EHR workflows for AI training projects. This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to contribute to cutting-edge AI development.

You will provide expert feedback on AI outputs, work asynchronously, and collaborate with top AI research teams to ensure models understand clinical and operational contexts. Flexible hours and ongoing work are possible.

Formación

• Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical thinker with skills in data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting.
• Able to communicate complex clinical or operational concepts clearly in writing.
• Comfortable evaluating information quality and providing structured, detailed feedback.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical workflows for accuracy and real-world validity
• Review and assess how AI handles EHR data, clinical reporting, and health information systems
• Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic outputs in AI-generated healthcare scenarios
• Provide structured expert feedback to help AI models better understand clinical and operational contexts

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with health information standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
