Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to evaluate and validate AI-driven outputs in healthcare IT. You will apply your expertise with EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure to ensure AI recommendations are accurate and actionable.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and an opportunity to contribute to AI systems that reshape healthcare technology.

Qualificações

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting for accuracy and quality
• Apply your domain expertise to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic recommendations in AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback on how well AI handles scenarios involving EHR configuration, system optimization, and clinical-technical communication
• Review and rate AI-generated documentation, support guides, and clinical workflow translations
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced with healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization background
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and IT solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate complex technical content critically
• Clear written communicator who can articulate quality issues with precision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
• Background in training, documentation, or system implementation projects
