Job summary

University of South Carolina seeks a Living and Learning Community (LLC) Program Lead for Galen Health Fellows. You will collaborate with academic and residence life staff to organize educational programs, co-curricular initiatives, and community development for the LLC in Patterson Hall.

You will develop programming calendars, monitor attendance, handle admin tasks, and help with data collection, analysis, and outreach. A Master’s degree and 2+ years with college students are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 2+ years working with college students is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to design programs and support services for student learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop a programming calendar aligned with LLC goals and expectations.
• Attend events, track attendance, and assess effectiveness.
• Manage administrative tasks and budget monitoring within guidelines.
• Assist data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and campus outreach activities.
