Job summary

The Galen Health Fellows Living and Learning Community ( LLC ) Program Lead at the University of South Carolina collaborates with key campus leaders to organize educational programs, develop co-curricular initiatives, and promote community development for the LLC in Patterson Hall.

You will coordinate programming, budgeting, and student support, while working to connect students from diverse backgrounds and expand opportunities within a high-impact university setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 3 or more years of job related experience.
• Master’s Degree and 2 years of experience working with college students, including leadership initiatives and event management.
• Pending graduates eligible if candidate receives their degree by date of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a programming calendar with events that support LLC goals and meet Faculty Director expectations.
• Attend programs, track attendance, and assess overall effectiveness.
• Administrative operations: manage reservable spaces, submit maintenance requests, monitor spending within budget guidelines.
• Support Galen Health data tasks: data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization; co-instruct University 290; assist with grant reviews and strategic planning.
