Job Description

Seeking a Health and Family Consumer Science Teacher to implement a proficiency-based approach to the teaching of grades 9-12 Health and Family Consumer Science courses. The ideal candidate will provide dynamic, student-centered instruction that engages a wide range of learners in topics such as nutrition, wellness, human development, personal finance, and life skills. All WRVHS Teachers work with students in Advisory Groups and Independent Study courses. Candidates interested in coaching and/or sponsoring co-curricular activities including clubs will be given additional consideration.

Education and/or experience – A Vermont certified Health Education and Family Consumer Science teacher, or a candidate eligible for a VT teaching license.
