Job summary

The Agency for Health Care Administration in Florida is seeking a Health Facility Evaluator II to perform surveys of health care facilities. Qualifications

• Three (3) years professional or nonprofessional health care licensure, regulation and/or certification experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections using an established survey process to assess state licensure and federal Medicare/Medicaid participation requirements.
• Document findings and complete written survey reports.
• May operate as an individual, team member, or team leader during surveys.
• Complete the required Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test within 12 months of employment.
