The position requires a nursing license with extensive RN experience or a BSN with eight years of RN experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with state and federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid permanent Oklahoma nursing license to practice professional nursing or a bachelor’s degree in nursing with 8 years of RN experience.
• Experience leading complaint intake, triage, and enforcement activities within healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and triage state and federal complaints for Medical Facilities.
• Supervise complaints and enforcement personnel and oversee survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, state statutes, and regulations; coordinate with agencies.
