The Oklahoma City-County Health Department is seeking a nurse supervisor to lead and coordinate clinical services across their facilities or off-site locations. The role reports through physician orders and emphasizes leadership, data-driven improvement, and program planning.

The position requires an Oklahoma RN license, a BSN, and five years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred. Expect travel between locations and ongoing professional development to support public health

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma Registered Nurse License required.
• BSN degree required.
• Five years of professional nursing experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Oklahoma driver license required.
• Certified in CPR.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and guides clinic nurses and oversees clinic staff performance.
• Supervises clinic activities and evaluates staff work.
• Administers work assignments and monitors attendance/leave.
• Ensures timely completion of timesheets and supervisory documentation.
• Documents overtime and ensures proper compensation per guidelines.
• Administers clinic procedures and ensures supplies for operations.
• Performs patient examinations, venipuncture, treatments, and immunizations as directed.
• Maintains standards of nursing practice and ensures compliance with policies.
