The University of Rochester is seeking a Lead Department Program Specialist within the Office of Community Health Optimization (OCHO). You will direct a portfolio of programs spanning health equity, population health, and healthcare delivery improvements across UR Medicine.

You will use change management, collaboration, and clear communication to drive initiatives, produce reports, and present results to various audiences, including executive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree preferred; PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and manage a complex portfolio of projects and initiatives across UR Medicine.
• Lead project teams to plan, execute, and complete institution-wide policies and activities.
• Develop reports and present findings to teams, URM executives, and leadership.
• Apply change management models to increase adoption and sustainment of change.
• Monitor budget performance and develop operating budgets for assigned projects.
• Provide leadership and development to staff while aligning priorities.
