The University of Rochester's Office of Community Health Optimization seeks a Lead Department Program Specialist to direct and manage a complex portfolio spanning UR Medicine. The role emphasizes improving health equity, healthcare delivery, and population health through rigorous project management and data-informed decisions.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will lead cross-functional teams, develop budgets, produce reports, and present findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and eRecord preferred.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify strategic program goals and break them into manageble projects.
• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large programs across UR Medicine.
• Develop a reporting portfolio and analyze metrics for leadership.
• Manage annual operating budgets and monitor expenses.
• Delegate work and foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment.
• Communicate strategic metrics to senior management and executives.
