CVS Health Corporation is hiring for an Enrollment Associate to verify member eligibility, update records, and support electronic data transfers. You will resolve enrollment questions and ensure accurate plan information, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong data entry, typing speed, and Excel/Word proficiency, with a focus on accuracy and customer service in a healthcare benefits environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of data entry experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Word and proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verifies enrollment status and updates member/client records.
• Maintains enrollment databases and coordinates electronic transfer of eligibility data.
• Responds to enrollment questions and resolves issues with clients and field offices.
• Applies regulatory and policy considerations to eligibility matters.
• Develops tools and provides coding supplements and error listings to clients/vendors.
• Liaises between clients, vendors, and IT to define business requirements for non-standard reporting.
• Ensures transactions interface with downstream systems and tests data files.
• Coordinates with teams to release eligibility, plan structure and benefit information.
• Completes set-up of policy and eligibility screens to activate system processing of benefits.
• Codes system screens and structures to support downstream processes and release of member and plan sponsor products.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
• Uses online resources to understand account structures and benefits; may develop resources.
