Oracle is seeking a seasoned healthcare IT professional to lead Physician Track implementation for Acute Solutions, guiding discovery through deployment while ensuring patient safety and regulatory alignment.

You will hands-on configure PowerPlans, MPages, and Dynamic Documentation, validate workflows with clinicians, and coordinate with training, integration, and PMO teams to deliver cohesive, compliant solutions. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle Health EHR / Cerner Millennium implementations, Physician Track – Acute Solutions.
• Experience with multi-facility acute care implementations.
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows (ED, ICU, perioperative, med/surg).
• Experience with change management and designing the system with the end user in mind.
• Strong configuration and build skills including PowerPlans, Orders, Medication Reconciliation, MPages, Dynamic Documentation, Provider Positions and Security.
• Proven ability to translate clinical and operational requirements into system design/build.
• Strong communication with physician and clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to produce build documentation and support testing through go live.
• Travel: approx. 25% travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead Physician Track implementation across discovery to deployment.
• Configure clinical content and workflows (PowerPlans, MPages, Dynamic Documentation).
• Validate workflows with clinical stakeholders for patient safety and compliance.
• Drive testing and remediation through configuration updates.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts (requirements, design decisions, test scripts).
• Collaborate with training, technical, integration, reporting, PMO to deliver cohesive solutions.
