Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, data visualization tools, and program management/reporting platforms.
• Experience collaborating with schools, youth-serving and healthcare organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills to drive continuous improvement and communicate results.
• Progressive experience leading complex programs or partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce and education programs from planning through evaluation and improvement.
• Manage the AIM program as the primary liaison for stakeholders and curriculum coordination.
• Oversee participant engagement, communications, readiness activities, scheduling, and program experience.
• Coordinate Career Connected Learning initiatives with post-secondary partners and workforce programs.
• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and healthcare leaders.
• Monitor performance with data tracking, dashboards, and outcomes analysis to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to scale programs and support portfolio-wide projects and budgets.
