Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across operations, finance, strategy, and community health.
• Support leaders with operational analysis, project management, performance improvement, and change management.
• Lead cross-functional projects advancing access, equity, quality, and financial sustainability.
• Develop presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership.
• Engage in executive mentorship, leadership rounding, and board meeting participation.
• Collaborate with fellow fellows to share learnings and sponsor projects.
• Complete a capstone project with findings presented to executive leadership.
• Additional duties as assigned.
