Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital communications, including at least 5 years in social media in healthcare/pharma agency settings.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and risk considerations in regulated environments.
• Experience designing compliant social community-management programs and in leading large teams.
• Proven ability to translate listening insights into content, engagement, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day lead for digital, social, community management and listening workstreams.
• Provide strategic counsel on social media’s role in audience journeys and client outcomes.
• Oversee community management operations, including monitoring, moderation, and escalation workflows.
• Lead and mentor a matrixed team, aligning strategy with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
