Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in healthcare communications or pharma PR.
• Experience leading large pharma/healthcare accounts and multi-workstream oversight.
• Strong writing and editing skills for press materials, campaigns and plans.
• Ability to translate clinical data into lay language for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Life Science team, setting strategic direction and client counsel.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability across accounts.
• Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, media and third-party orgs.
• Guide teams to deliver integrated communications programs and measurable impact.
• Mentor mid- and junior-level staff and ensure high-quality deliverables.
