You will guide strategy, governance, and collaboration with strategy, creative, analytics, and healthcare specialists.

You’ll build and mentor a dedicated team, scale patient communities, and ensure regulatory alignment while driving growth for major pharmaceutical clients in a fast‑evolving health landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital communications with 5+ years in healthcare social media.
• Experience leading compliant social programs in regulated healthcare.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in multi‑agency environments.
• Ability to translate social listening into actionable content and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day digital, social, community management and listening workstreams.
• Provide strategic counsel on social media’s role in audience journeys.
• Oversee community management operations, moderation, escalation and governance.
• Collaborate with legal/regulatory stakeholders to maintain compliance and brand safety.
• Build and lead a cross-functional community team with coaching and mentorship.
