Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Health Principal to shape HDR's health sector in Northern California, driving new business, overseeing impactful health projects, and strengthening HDR's reputation in the region.

Reporting to the Managing Principal in San Francisco, you will collaborate with the Southwest Region Health Director to elevate HDR's health brand through quality design, client service, and thought leadership across health facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• 15 years related experience preferred.
• Registered Architect designation required.
• Must be willing to travel and lead teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality design and thought leadership on health projects in the region.
• Lead projects as Principal-in-Charge or Healthcare Planning Principal when appropriate.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and outcomes.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and client capture plans.
