Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related work experience or graduate degree with ~3 years experience.
• MBA or MHA are preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare industry sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal-management health projects focusing on strategy, execution and partnerships.
• Develop experience across M&A lifecycle including pre-sign, sign-to-close and post-closing.
• Collaborate with health systems, payers, health care services organizations and government entities.
